Thank you for shopping with Rawai Al Afrah. This policy explains how and when we ship our plastic household products across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Sunday–Thursday), excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after [3:00 PM AST] or on a weekend/holiday are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking details once it ships.
  • During peak periods (e.g. seasonal sales, Ramadan, Eid), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

We deliver to all regions within Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: A flat fee of [SAR 25] per order.
  • Free shipping: Orders over [SAR 200] qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for an additional fee of [SAR 15], payable to the courier on delivery.
  • All prices and fees include 15% VAT as required under Saudi regulations.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Couriers & Tracking

  • We ship via [SMSA Express / Aramex / SPL (Saudi Post) / Naqel / DHL].
  • A tracking number is sent by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your shipment at [courier tracking link] or through your account on our website.

5. Packaging

Our plastic household products are carefully packed to prevent scratches, cracks, or deformation during transit. Where possible we use recyclable and reusable packaging materials. If your item arrives damaged, please see Section 7 below.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier will attempt delivery [up to 2 times]. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
  • If delivery fails after the final attempt, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional shipping fee may apply.
  • For COD orders that are refused or undeliverable, [we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders for the account].

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only update the address before the order is dispatched.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only. [Remove or update this section if you ship to other GCC countries; international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient.]
